一、感光變色原理Principle of photosensitive discoloration：
感光變色產品，經陽光/紫外線照射后，吸收陽光/紫外線的能量面產生顏色變化，當失去陽光/紫外線照射時，即回到原來的顏色。

1.光變粉是隱影印花的典型代表，光是紡織品上的印花圖案隨外部條件的變化而改變色澤的印花，使織物上圖案色澤由常規的“靜態”變為新穎奇特的“動態”，其色澤的變化一般為可逆變化。

2.光敏變色印花亦稱光變色印花，早期的光敏變色印花是用光變染料，在紫外線的照射下染料結構發生變化，呈現不同的色澤。例如，染料Ａ是無色的，經紫外線照射后，分子開環變成菁結構的染料Ｂ，呈藍色，當染料Ｂ再暴露于可見光中又會重新轉變為無色的染料Ａ。現在采用微膠囊技術把光變染料包覆于膠囊中，一般粒徑為１～１０微米，用微膠囊包覆后的光變染料，其耐光牢度大大提高。目前光變染料已發展到有４個基本色：紫色、藍色、黃色、紅色，這４種光變染料其初始結構均為閉環型，即印在織物上沒有色澤，但在紫外光線照射下可以變成紫色、藍色、黃色、紅色。所謂光敏變色從一種色澤變為另一種色澤，是在印花色粉中把光變染料和一般色涂料拼混后—起印花。例如用光變染料紅與涂料藍拼混后印花，在織物表面呈現藍色，在紫外光照射下則變為藍紫色。

3.感光SMC粉為感光變色材料產品，變色原理為吸收特定波長之紫外光源，藉由該光源之能量而產生顏 色變化（變為紫色、紅色、蘭色、黃色等），當特定波長的紫外光源不在時，即回復原來的顏色。感光MC粉是經由微膠囊技術處理過的產品，外觀為粉狀，粒徑在1~10μm之間，并具有耐高溫、 抗氧化等微膠囊所改質的特性。感光MC粉可應用于涂料、粉、塑料各產業，產品之設計大多以室內（無紫外光之環境）與室 外（有紫外光之環境）有顏色變化為訴求。

二、塑料射出及押出之應用The application of plastic injection and extruding：
可適用于各種塑料之加工，如PP、PE、PVC、PU、PS、ABS、TPR、EVA、Nylon、Acrylic等,?建議塑料之熔融指數（MI值）大于10，彎曲彈性系小于13000。?加工時應先用白蠟油將塑膠料潤濕。
（注意白蠟油添加量不要超過塑膠料的2％），然后再將變色粉?加入到塑膠料里面攪勻，攪拌時需注意分散性，分散不良可加入適量分散劑。可與不同色粉混合使用，搭配出更多樣的色彩變化。應盡量避免在250℃以上之制程進行加工
。感光的光疲乏性產生，由UV光過度曝曬、酸、自由基（單態氧原子）和濕度造成，一般建議不要長時間暴曬。

三、產品使用注意事項Products use matters needing attention：
應避免與紫外光吸收劑同時使用、對極性之敏感度高，添加不同之添加劑或使用不同之基材，均可能會造成色差。

感光變色粉耐溫度最高為220度，160-180度為宜
感光變色粉的注塑比例為5‰-8‰
感光變色粉適用的材質：PP/PVC/ABS/EVA/硅膠等
注塑用料：透明、半透明白料效果比較好，注塑不可用白料，否則顏色會很淡。
注塑有顆粒的解決辦法：1、分散不開應攪拌均勻 2、加分散劑
